Notes:  The By-Laws for the Russell Point Ranch Tracts Homeowners Association are considered incomplete, not dated, were never signed for nor filed at the JB Courthouse as should have been done. These are the By-Laws approved at the September 1998 meeting.
It is recommended that new and updated By-Laws are put together in a proper, legal fashion and filed with the individual properties in the Russell Point Ranch Tracts (Tracts 1-22); valid legal landowner signature required.
