Notes:  The By-Laws for the Road Association Russell Point Ranch Tracts (Supplement One, Tracks 1-7 on the map) are considered incomplete, not dated, were never signed for nor filed at the JB Courthouse as should have been done. These are the By-Laws approved at the September 1998 meeting.
It is recommended that new and updated By-Laws are put together in a proper, legal fashion and filed with the individual properties in Supplement One Tracks 1-7; valid legal landowner signature required.
